Refund and Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to request a refund for any Defy services within 14 days, in accordance with consumer protection law, provided that the services have not yet been used. If any sessions from a package within our offers have been used, these sessions will be deducted at their original price, not their discounted offer price, during the refund period.

If more than 14 days have passed, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the paid amount. However, they have the right to transfer their package or service to another person to benefit from it.

• The validity period for packages and services provided to the customer is one year from the date of payment. If more than one year has passed, the package is considered expired.
• Exchanging sessions within offers and packages is prohibited.
